Deadline for Entries: February 20th, 2017
For those who wish to complete the entry form online:
1. Fill out the entry form (just click on this link and follow the prompts)
2. Send a photo of your quilt to the following email address: QuiltFest2017@gmail.com (if you are entering more than one quilt, please send a separate email for each quilt). In the subject line, please put your name and the name of your quilt (i.e. "Moulder, Postcards from Ft. Bragg").
3. Please mail your check (or money order) payment to: Quilt Fest 2017, 3918 Colorado Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348. Entry Fees are $10.00 per quilt (non-Guild members) or you may enter three quilts for $25.00. Please do not send cash.
4. Your confirmation will be emailed after your entry form, photo and payment has been received. The confirmation email will include drop-off & pick-up instructions.
